In this project, Sarah Martin, Dean Bavington, Christine Knott and Charlie Mather are examining the future of aquaculture feed, specifically for salmon aquaculture in the context of pressures on pelagic sources of feed, new developments in agri-feed for fish, and the potential role that salmon may play in future protein demands by a growing global population. Olivier Randin will contribute to this project through his work on new sources of feed in West Africa.
