Tobbi is a Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) student at Dalhousie University. She received her BFA from Ryerson University before moving to Nova Scotia. She has worked primarily for non-profit organizations, and has an interest the functioning of rural communities. She is working on a thesis research project that is exploring how communities make decisions.
