Maggie is currently a second-year Masters of Planning student at Dalhousie University. She grew up in Vancouver, where she completed her Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and History at Simon Fraser University, before moving to Halifax to pursue studies in her passions of community planning, environment, and sustainability. Maggie is currently working on her independent project, which intends to build a theoretical framework for a participatory and community-based approach to marine spatial planning for aquaculture planning.
